Thanks for the comments so far,  I appreciate the thoughts…I just want everyone to know that this is just a proposed develepment and it aint over til it’s over. Never Give Up! Many developments have had zoning and never got built. 3rd entrance of Oneloa-Big Beach was once zoned for CONDOS!!!

And now it’s a State Park : )

Waihe’e also had it’s condo zoning and now it is a Pond restoration project.

This is the power of the people, The zoning approval was just one step in this journey, there are many other phases to go through. This is not the kind of development that will serve the community of Maui in the long run and I believe in my heart of hearts that it is possible for this project to never be built.

My New’s Years resolution is to never give up and keep showing up to speak up for the Aina and the community!
