I, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, hold harmless and forever release and discharge the sponsors of this event, the State of Hawaii, the County of Maui, Surfrider Foundation, Maui Tomorrow, and all event sponsors, donors, directors, officials, organizers, volunteers, spectators, visitors, and all others connected with this event from all liability from injuries or damages whatsoever arising from my presence or participation in this event or pre or post event activities. I also attest that I am physically fit and have trained for this event and do hereby grant event sponsors and officials such releases as described herein. My signature, or my parent or legal guardian’s, acknowledges that I have read and agree to all of the above.
